Brighton Girls Community Dog Walk

Brighton Girls Community Dog Walk

We had the great pleasure of co-hosting the Brighton Girls Community Dog Walk last weekend, bringing bespoke bandanas and snacks for all intrepid adventurers who gave up their Sunday morning snooze-in for a beautiful heritage walk in Stanmer Park, East Sussex. It was such a pleasure to meet so many lovely families and their dogs - who instantly became the Brighton Girls Pack - galloping through the woods together like puppies.

The humans fast tracked it to One Garden Brighton for coffee - a beautiful walled garden, cafe and shop in the heart of Stanmer Park on the outskirts of Brighton. While the humans chatted over coffee, we gave out treats from our Brighton shop to refuel the pups before their ramble home. Cheddar Hearts, Turkey Treats, Beefy Bones and Peanut Butter Buttons, all of which are available on our website now.

A real highlight for me was seeing all of the Brighton Girls dogs wearing their specially commissioned Brighton Girls Community Dog Walk Slip on Bandanas.  We had made one for everyone that came to hike through the woods, and the dogs all looked magnificent in their new team colours.

We love working on special commissions, and have a really fun and diverse history of specially commissioned projects, from our work with Buckingham Palace to a competition for Bonio.  We have even recreated the work of Craigie Aitchkinson on to dog beds and bandanas for The Royal Academy of Arts.  I will write a blog about some of our fabulous commissioned projects next!

Here are some photos from our lovely day with Brighton Girls School and their Community Dog Walk.
