EU Flag Dog Bed

Handmade in our British workshop in Suffolk.
The design is hand cut and then appliqued on to the bed. In the case of our Flag beds, each stripe of colour is individually sewn on. This makes each bed truly unique. The cover comes off with a zip. Everything is machine washable and guaranteed to not go lumpy.

Each bed has a super snuggly polar fleece underside to keep the warmth in, and also has the added benefit of making the bed double sided!

We make spare covers too – have one on the bed, one in the wash and one in the cupboard! Or if you redecorate you can simply order a new cover to match your new colour scheme.

Waterproof top covers & Snuggle Unders are also available.

The top of the bed is made in either velvet, cotton based faux suede, or a combination of both.

All of our beds have a polar fleece base, which is brilliant at keeping the heat in and has the added benefit of making the bed double sided. Most of the polar fleece that we use is made from recycled content.

Zips: We use British made zips that we have tested extensively on our own dogs.

The Inners: We have our inners especially made for us and have been working with the same Yorkshire mill for over 20 years. Creature Clothes inners are made using spiral fiber 15 tog polyester human grade duvets. Putting the 2 inners together creates a 30 tog inner for the dog bed. They are separate in order to fit them into a standard domestic washing machine because both the inners and cover are machine washable. The inners can also be tumble dried however we do not recommend this for environmental reasons.

We use 2 separate inners to fill our beds – this way you can very the thickness, or wash one at a time and your dog still has a bed. 

The inners will fit inside a standard washing machine so no need to seek out enormous washing machines at the laundrette.

The cover removes with a zip and an be washed separately.

The inners are removable. 

The inners and cover are all machine washable at 30*C. The inners can also be tumble dried, however we do not recommend this for environmental reasons.

We also make spare covers if you need a new or replacement cover.

Our dog beds are guaranteed to not go lumpy when washed. There is nothign worse than a dog bed that you can't wash, or if you do wash it it turns in to a lumpy mush. That will NOT happen with our beds. We promise.

We make waterproof top covers that elastic over the corners of our beds. Originally designed for our old dog Goose when he was a gorgeous, but slightly leaky, 17 year old labrador.

We now use them for our younger dogs if they come back from a muddy walk or have been for a swim - it very quickly pops over the bed and protects it from their sogginess.

You can then just hang it out to dry ready for the next walk, or pop it in the washing machine, rather than washing the whole bed. A great time and environmental saver.

Available in 3 sizes with waterproof fabric on the top and polar fleece underneath, it is fully waterproof and reversable. If your dog doesn't like the waterproof texture just pop it on fleece side up.

Small – 24 x 26” (great for yorkies or chiuhahas)

Medium – 26 x 34” (perfect for medium sizes – jack russells to springer spaniels)

Large – 34 x 42” (we drew round our Labrador to get the perfect retriever sized bed)

This bed will not go lumpy when washed.
